3D-printed 10-blade mower disc for Segway Navimow i-series
This 3D-printed mower disc was specifically designed for the Segway Navimow i-series and allows for the mounting of up to 10 blades simultaneously. The increased cutting frequency ensures an exceptionally fine and even mowing result – ideal for dense lawns or particularly precise cutting edges. I opted for ceramic hob blades. However, original blades or similar blades can of course also be used. The ceramic hob blades achieve the maximum possible cutting width.
For blade mounting, insert nuts must be melted into the 3D-printed mower disc.
Modifiers were added for the necessary stability and for the required insert sleeves, ensuring sufficient material in the right places.
I used the original Bambu PETG HF and the mower disc has been in use almost daily for 5 months without any problems.
Product features:
- Compatibility: Suitable for all models of the Segway Navimow i-series
- Construction: Robust, torsionally rigid 3D-printed structure
- Efficiency: Space for 10 standard blades – even weight distribution for low-vibration operation
- Easy exchange: Can be exchanged directly for the original mower disc
- Optimized lawn cuts: More blades = finer mulching cut and healthier lawn
Note:
The installation and use of this 3D-printed mower disc is at your own risk.
No liability is assumed for assembly, operation and any damage to the robotic lawnmower, the blade carrier or third parties.
Please ensure before use that:
- the disc is correctly mounted
- all blades are evenly attached and balanced
- your device is not overloaded or damaged by the modification
This item is a non-original accessory and is offered as a DIY solution for experienced users.
