P1S Exhaust Solution

I personally thought the large fan and round exhaust pipe were too bulky and not aesthetically pleasing, so the original plan was to use a small fan with a racetrack-shaped exhaust pipe to minimize visual volume and not affect the appearance of the Bambu Lab machine itself. Ultimately, this fan was too noisy and generated vibration noise with the casing when operating, so no fan was used in the end

The current solution only suits my personal use case; this work provides an idea for everyone to discuss, and you should use the file according to your own actual situation

Racetrack-shaped exhaust pipe 63.3x25mm approximately equivalent to a 40mm diameter round exhaust pipe; the length of the long exhaust pipe can be modified as needed

Exhaust cover magnets: 6mm and 10mm diameter, 3mm thickness

Fan casing screws M3x6mm, nuts M3

August 10th update: Adjusted the fan casing, and added an AMS buffer cover, three-way and four-way connectors (male end reduced by 15mm to be female end), and an adapter for 75mm diameter air conditioner openings

My personal 3D Printer is mainly used for preliminary product design projects, such as form exploration and structural testing, and I am not highly proficient in printing parameter settings. When using this file, it is recommended to re-configure the settings based on your understanding of printing settings before use
