DB and JAM supportless trussing

100% Supportless 3d printable trussing for multiple applications!

This is a completely scalable and supportless model to provide printable trussing for many applications!  

Model includes 12 files to print what you see in pictures as well as anything you can build with it!

  Straight Section 9"
  End Section 9"
  Corner 0, 1, 2, and 3 tube.
  Leveling feet
  Twist lock Connector
  Glue in Connector
  Junction Diamond Connector

  Test Wrench

  Double Ended Section (harder to print)

now added: double, triple and quadruple truss. Note these only work scaled down.

  Retail sales (you can say you printed your own booth or signage)
  Lighting (we have only tested 200lbs evenly distributed)
  Model trains or any diorama
  Tabletop gaming
  Shelves, furniture, podiums, breakaway wrestling props... you name it!!!  Its the building blocks to a LOT of projects!

We have also FULLY tested this model down to 25% and even made a 28kg full 10'x10' booth.

The smaller the model is, the tighter the connections get so you may need to raise/lower the % size of connectors by +/-5% to ensure a good fit. Optimized for 4 walls at 100%, 2 walls at 50% and 1 wall at 25%. 

Connectors and openings are all designed with minor tappers to ensure snug fitting and a tight twist lock connection. 

All machines are slightly different so please test it first!
