Description

Pushing handle with organiser for Festool CT 15-Set.

I don't know if it's compatible with other models, please let met know!

 

Please don't carry the vacuum cleaner without securing the pole to the parts and never carry it from significant height (like staircases etc.) by only holding on to the 3D printed parts.

Needed for completion:

  • about 1.2 kg of filament. As the forces are significant, the base needs to be printed with (local) high infill
    • I chose for cheap PLA, which made it cost 10-15 euros
  • 4 bolts M6 x 30 mm (4 needed, 6 optional for securing parts to pole)
  • 4 square nuts m6
  • 8 washers m6, outer diameter < 20 mm.
  • 4 screws, 5mm diameter, length 30mm
  • 2x Pole 20mm. I chose for a 500mm pole made of aluminium (cut 1m in half)
  • 20 mm drill (printed hole is not perfectly round). After drilling the pole has a tight fit. 

Total cost 20 - 25 euro's. Original Festool is approximately 90 to 100 euros.

 

Optionally:

  • 6 Threaded inserts M6x8x8 for securing parts to pole
    • Right after printing, the parts are held together by friction (bolts not needed).
  • 6 extra bolts M6 x 30 for securing parts to pole
  • 4 screws, 5mm diameter, length 30mm for extra securing the base to dust extractor
