đą TPU-Optimized Case for Samsung Galaxy S23 â TPU ONLY
This is a fully original 3D model designed from scratch for the Samsung Galaxy S23, with geometry precisely tuned for TPU filament only. The case combines ergonomic functionality, print efficiency, and mechanical protection in one seamless design.
đ§ Key Features:
- TPU-only fit â This case will not work with PLA, PETG, or other rigid materials. The snug fit relies on TPUâs flexibility.
- Honeycomb â reduce material usage and print time, while improving grip and airflow between the hand and the phone. The honeycomb pattern minimizes material use without compromising impact resistance or overall protection.
đ¨ď¸ Printing:
- Material: TPU only (Shore 95A recommended)
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Walls: 2
- Infill: 15%Â
- Supports: Recommended only under button areas for best surface quality. The model can be printed without supports, but this may lead to visible stringing or reduced quality around the buttons.
