self-watering planter
Print Profile(1)

Description
I have designed a self-watering planter, conceived to be both useful and aesthetically pleasing. The planter consists of two parts: the outer part serves as a water reservoir and features a decorative floral pattern, while the inner part houses the plant and its soil. At the top of the inner part, I have included an opening for easy water pouring; the water then descends to the base, where it is gradually absorbed by the plant from below, in a natural manner. This ensures the plant receives only the water it needs, preventing waterlogging and waste. To indicate when the reservoir is full, I have also added a small float: when it rises, it signifies that the maximum water level has been reached.
I have also included a demonstration video clearly showing each assembly step.
A small amount of glue might be needed to enhance the stability of the connections; I used a few drops myself.
