Ægishjálmur, or the helm of awe (or terror!) is an Icelandic magical stave rune said to protect its wearer from all sorts of calamities.
originally used to induce fear, protect the warrior, and prevail in battle. it has now developed into a good luck charm and an EDC object.
I am thinking of making a whole series of stave rune pendants to protect or manifest all sorts of different stuff, so if that is something you would like to see please give this model a like to show your support (you could also boost it if you really want to speed things along)
So whether you want all the protection it offers, strength in battle. Or you can't be bothered with all that and just think it looks cool,
