Description
This is a custom 3D-printed angled stand for the N173FGE-L23 17.3" laptop screen, designed to turn it into an external monitor using a controller board like this one.
The stand consists of 6 parts: front frame, rear panel, two angled feet, a controller board enclosure, and a lid.
Larger components (front and rear panels) are pre-split in the provided .3mf file to fit standard 3D printer beds and must be glued together after printing. The rest of the assembly uses M2 heat-set inserts and M2 screws for a clean, tool-free finish.
The screen is tilted at 45°, ideal for use as a secondary display placed below a main monitor, particularly useful in home studio setups—for music production, video editing, or multitasking.
