Description

These rails mount under your kitchen cupboards to provide convenient, space saving storage for the OXO Good Grips 11 lb/5 kg Stainless Steel Food Scale with Pull out Display, the top kitchen scale recommended by Serious Eats and America's Test Kitchen.
Dimensions
This is designed to store the OXO scale which is 9.75 x 7 x 1.25 inches or 248 x 178 x 32 mm.
The rails are 235 mm long, 42 mm total height, and 35 mm internal height. Each rail is 30 mm wide total, and 26.5 mm internal width.
Filament
I highly recommend printing these from PETG or another filament with higher heat deflection temp than PLA if you are mounting this in your kitchen. I made the mistake of first printing this from PLA, and the first time I used my toaster on the counter below it the bottom corner started to sag and deform.
Mounting
This can be mounted with double-sided tape, or for a more secure hold, there are two 4mm countersunk screw holes.
If you choose to use tape, I recommend double-sided nano tape, wide and long enough to cover most of the mounting surface. Thoroughly clean and dry the underside of your cabinets, press and hold the parts firmly in place for 30 seconds, and wait 24 hours before inserting your scale, to ensure good adhesion and avoid damage to your scale from falling.
