Description

This compact cooler has a “lunchbox” print profile for business or a “4-can" variation that you can take to the pool, beach, or a friend's house.  Both use the same reversible lid that can function as a can holder, along with the ergonomic handle grip.  The lid stays securely in place, so it doesn't need a latch.

The 4-can cooler is deep enough for the cans to sit below the lid.  I added cutouts on the interior corners to make it easy to grab the cans out.

Fuzzy skin on the cooler and lid give this a great look.  You can turn it off and save a few hours in print time if you want.

Be sure to print the ice pack to keep things extra cool.  It is designed to fit between 4 cans, but it will fit in either cooler design.  When you fill it with water, be sure to leave plenty of space for expansion as it freezes.

Custom infill is incorporated to create multiple air gaps with minimal bridging, which improves insulation and keeps things cool.  The print time and filament usage are on the higher side, but it works well and looks amazing!

This model was designed to maximize the footprint of the A1 mini, and it is compatible with all Bambu printers.

Small supports are used where the handle attaches to the main cooler on both parts, and they are easily removed.  An additional support is used for the lid that can be easily removed as well.  I broke the lid support loose with a flathead screwdriver and the rest pulled off by hand.

After removing the supports, simply stretch the handle slightly to align the attachment parts with the holes in the main cooler body.  They can be pushed in place without much effort and they lock into the grooves.

I printed this in PLA, but please consider using PETG or ABS if it will be baking in the sun.

Let me know if you have any suggestions or other variations that you would like to see.

is there a way to make a soda divider that just fits down in it once you put the sodas in?

Do you mean a can divider to use with the lunchbox version?

I love that it offers a lunch box style too bc I’m loving all the cool coolers and koozie designs but they are all for drinks only and we need something to hold all our snackies too right?! lol. Reminds me of my childhood too tho when the men would carry lunch boxes and go to work in the mornings lol

I total agree with you! I use this way more as a lunchbox than for drinks. Plus, you can always fit 4 cans in the lunchbox version.
