I'm just a small fish on MakerWorld, so your boost goes a long way.
I designed this adapter to solve a common problem: needing the function of a line level for establishing grade or running a mason's line, but only having a standard spirit level on hand.
This is a functional adapter that converts your existing tool. The parts are designed to slide onto the main body of the level with a precise friction fit, ensuring they remain securely in place during use. Each clip features a deep, radiused channel to properly seat a string line without risk of slippage.
To accommodate common variations in tool manufacturing, I am providing two files with different internal dimensions. It is important to measure the cross-section of your level's primary frame (excluding any rubber end caps or oversized vials) to select the correct file for printing.
