V3S Funkey handheld console's 3D-printed case, playable with GBA, PS1, etc. Model: A23S oil version, optimized edition
Print Profile(1)

Description
This is my previous A23S oil version, optimized edition. The motherboard remains unchanged; the primary modification is a reduction in overall thickness, making it more suitable as a keychain pendant. The main goals of this revision were to optimize the button feel while enhancing the aesthetic appeal and simplifying the manufacturing process.
Let's discuss the specific modifications: The front shell's excess space was reduced, button holes were adjusted, and modifications were made to the buttons, shoulder buttons, and rear shell to decrease the overall thickness.
The overall thickness was reduced from 20mm to 16mm. While the change may seem minor, it involved significant effort.
Now, let's address important considerations. The buttons no longer require purchasing and manually trimming conductive silicone pads for remote controllers, but they do necessitate the use of TPU filament. There's no constraint on TPU parameters; I personally found 95A satisfactory. Softer TPU filament, however, may improve the feel. Regarding the battery, I've allocated a space of 4mm thickness, with dimensions of 40mm x 50mm, suitable for a battery with an approximate capacity of 1000mAh, which proves sufficient.
