Quick and easy to print, this T-handle nut driver is designed to fit a standard 14mm hex nut, transforming it into a simple hand tool. Perfect for quick tightening jobs, field repairs, or light-duty assembly, especially when space or torque tools aren’t available.
- Fits 14mm or 9/16 hex nuts
- Prints support-free
Can probably be scaled to fit different size nuts.
- I used 2 part 5-minute epoxy to set in the 14mm nut. I designed this to replace a broken t-handle on a vacuum hose collar.
Print Settings
Layer height: 0.16 mm
- Material: PLA
- Supports: Not required
- Walls: 3+ for strength recommended
- Infill: 25–40% (Gyroid or Grid) for grip durability
- Nozzle: 0.4 mm standard
