Description
These 3D-printable vibration-damping feet are designed for the Woleix portable air conditioner, model A007G-09C.
The unit comes with standard wheels, which unfortunately provide no vibration isolation – resulting in noticeable noise during operation.
By replacing the wheels with these feet, vibrations are absorbed and the air conditioner runs significantly quieter.
Please note: Once installed, the unit can no longer be rolled and must be carried if moved.
Mounting method:
Remove the original wheels and attach the vibration-damping feet in their place.
The design fits the screw/bolt layout of the original mounting points.
If your unit has slight manufacturing tolerances, minor scaling in your slicer (± a few percent) may help to achieve a perfect fit.
Printing recommendations:
- TPU recommended for vibration absorption
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Infill: 20–25% for stability
- No supports required
