Thanks for this design. Having read a comment about it being a tight fit for rechargeable AA batteries, I increased the size by 3% on Bambu Studio, it fits both rechargeable AA and AAA batteries nicely. I think you can just increase the size by 2% and it will be just fine.

I enjoyed it, the only problem is that the rechargeable batteries are extremely difficult to remove. Could you increase it a little to get to 100%

Good design, no problems with printing. Hinge works good, box snaps well, button works good as well. However spacing between batteries is too large 3-4mm. Reducing it to 1.5mm would allow to accomodate 30AAA and 26AA

It blows my mind that hinges can be created in the build. I built it at 103% just in case because I'm only using it for rechargeable batteries. Since it's the first multicolor AMS, I didn't understand how to label colors for all the parts. That's why there's no circle around the logo on the lid. But between the hinge, spring release and clip lock, I just can't speak highly enough about this build.

There is definitely a little space. It’s not a snug fit. You can see in the picture. Because this was my first major print, I erred on the side of caution. Amazons, Eneloops, and ikeas all in there. No problem. Someone else today gave 5 stars for the amazon version, so I would presume you would be fine.
