Decathlon HL 900 V2 headlight - repair part
Print Profile(3)

Description
Did your Decathlon HL 900 V2 headlamp holder break? It's a common problem, so I started reverse engineering , so I went into reverse engineering to save this great thing.
I kept the original design, but improved the rigidity and elegance of the shapes. The back is ergonomically shaped to copy the forehead. I paid particular attention to modeling the stops around the joint. I optimized the size so that such a small size could be printed. The stops work perfectly and thanks to this the headlamp can be positioned well. Better than the original part :)
I also increased the rigidity of critical parts and strengthened the wall thickness and created a smoother transition in the corners.
The printing profile is ready for PLA. I recommend using the tougher PLA + or PLA Rapid / HS. I tested the model on more than 15 prints and tuned the smallest details. It fits perfectly in terms of dimensions.
To mount the straps, use the clips as in the attached photo.
!!! It is essential to maintain the print profile. Layer height 0.16 mm, 15% Gyroid , 3 perimeters
and Arachne !!!
