Goggles Nose Seamless Repair

Goggles nose fix design that makes it nearly indistinguishable from the original part. You can’t even tell it’s a 3D-printed spare part!

I tested the design using TPU, specifically the Bambu TPU 90A and 95A HF. I found that a stiffer TPU performs better, so I ultimately chose the 95A HF for its superior results.

Please note that when printing with TPU, the support structures are not ideal. I recommend printing the model on Plate 1, which requires no supports but does require manual rework with a cutter. Be sure to use gloves and exercise caution when handling blades.
