Description

This is my l attempt to build an RC forklift, I hope you like it.

 

I used the following parts::

  • PLA
  • TPU for the wheels
  • 2x N20 DC motors for drive
  • 1x N20 DC motor for the Fork
  • 1x Servo for steering
  • 1x Servo for fork tilt 
  • Buzzer for beeping when reversing
  • 2x red LEDs 2x white LEDs
  • ESP32
  • TB6612FNG Motor Driver
  • LM2596 DC-DC Step Down Module
  • 3S Lipo 2200 mAH
  • M2, M3, M4 Screws
  • PCB-Boards

For control I used a Playstation 4 controller which I connected to the ESP32 via Bluetooth.

I used servos with metal gears for the tilt, servos with plastic gears do not have enough power.

Feel free to customize the forklift to your liking and choose components that suit you.

 


But be careful, you may have to make some changes yourself. Upon request, I can send you the Onshape CAD file.
