Description

I originally started down the path to designing this model due to inspiration from seeing someone else's model that was made for the original Bambu A1 model, but it wasn't compatible with my model due to the hotbed cable strain relief on the newer model.  I noticed that my hotbed cable was being hit by the extruder after the nozzle wipe procedure at the beginning of each print and didn't want to risk damage over time by allowing this to continue to happen.  I also noticed debris around the nozzle wiper on my printer after the first couple weeks of using it.  I remixed that model to fit my needs with future intent to fully redesign the model from scratch due to limitations on working with a mesh someone else created.  This model is a full redesign in order to add the features that I wanted.  This model effectively locks onto the hotbed of the newer Bambu A1 model and provides just enough force to guide the hotbed cable low enough to be cleared by the extruder during the nozzle wipe procedure.   It slides over the nozzle wiper, locks onto an existing screw hole on the hotbed and is supported by the tab that extends out from the hotbed next to the nozzle wiper.   In this new model, I have expanded the size of the catch bin for better debris collection, improved strength, stability and overall look of the model.  I printed the model in PETG since this will likely be my final iteration and PETG holds up to heat much better than PLA.  I have provided print profiles for both PETG and PLA for your convenience, but I highly recommend PETG.  Please give a boost and a like if you've found this useful!  It helps out a lot!  Thanks!
