Grapple Gun from Arkham Origins.

All pieces are glued, assembly is pretty simple, but here's a guide for the rotary part.
The top part has only two walls, (the rest of the model has 3) this is to allow a little bending. When putting the top part, you will need to bend it open a little so it can go in on the inserts.
