Description
Air lifter for 20mm PVC pipe.
The original model consisted of one part. This made it impossible to clean the holes through which air is directed inside. Therefore, the housing and air diffuser were separated into two parts. The parts should not be glued but merely plugged together. Now the sieve pipe can be removed for cleaning as soon as the holes become clogged by limescale or dirt. Both parts must fit snugly together. The sieve pipe can be resized in diameter in Bambu Studio and is therefore divided into two parts. Depending on the filament used, it may be necessary to make such adjustments. I recommend using ABS because of its stability and water resistance. The housing is also extended to allow for fine height adjustments by inserting the PVC pipe at different depths. A short housing is also included if that is preferred. You will, of course, only need one of the two.
The air connector can easily break off if printed from brittle materials and handled carelessly. The reinforced version solves this problem. Bambu TPU for AMS was used for this
