“Roman Originals” Shower Door Replacement Wheel

When I had to repair my shower, I lost track of the original wheels that I took off the door so needed some new ones.  Lots available on Amazon etc, but didn't find a perfect replacement, so decided to model it quick and print my own.

Mine has been on the shower for a couple of weeks now and in regular use - longevity has yet to be proven, but sharing for those that need something quick or don't want to pay the premium for an original wheel replacement.

Model Details:

• Print in place wheel with small slot for application of silicone grease for smooth rolling.
  Apply grease with a small flat head screwdriver, rotating as you go.
   
• Please note to avoid lots of slop, tolerances on the print are quite tight - you may need to adjust flow rates etc to get a clean break away, especially in PETG.  For me, a fair amount of force was required to free the wheel, but runs smoothly when freed.
   
• Install with 16mm, M4 self-tapping Pan-Head screw or similar.
