Description

I  got frustrated with the top caps on my Embassy Pool (made by Doughboy) and the cost to replace them.  I decided to make a printable replacement.  Its missing some of the design elements of the original (see photos) but I prefer the cleaner, simpler lines.

Printing should work out well.  The orientation provided minimizes support and keeps scarring on the non-class A surfaces.  Most of the support peels off easily, but be careful near the front edge, where the cap hooks under the rail.  That support is stuck pretty well, and it will pull the layers apart.

I used ASA, mostly because I'm familar with the material from my automotive engineering days.  Any UV tolerant material should work though.  3mf file is made for ASA/ABS.

is there a way for this to be formatted to print on an A1 mini?

Not sure, I only have an X1C. Also, I designed this to be printed with ASA. IIRC, the A1 mini is an open air printer, correct? It will be tough to print ASA in open air without warping.
