.2 Nozzle Filament Flow Test
Print Profile(2)

Description
** Updated with New Profile for the H2 Series
I print a lot of small things and I've had more than one print over extrude and get knocked off the bed mid-print. The built in filament calibration doesn't work well for a .2 nozzle especially when failure can affect the otherwise good tests.
This model uses print by object and tests 9 different flow rates, starting with .64 and going to .96 in .04 increments. You don't need to examine the final print and see which one looks the best then do math to find out the flow rate. Each test rectangle comes with a custom filament profile with the final flow rate already listed. You can run all 9 tests at once or copy a few squares to a new plate to quickly test a few.
Each test item is only a few layers thick, enough to find out if the flow rate is too high and if the end result is going to have defects which would lead to the nozzle scraping it off. After you run the test, if all the tests stuck to the bed, congratulations, the basic profile is good enough. If one or more fail, look to the last successful print and see what the number is. Use that number on a custom filament profile. I would run the test for any filament you want to print at .2 because color additives can affect flow rates. Black and white filaments can have different characteristics.
Total time for all 9 objects on a a1 is 2 ¼ hours and uses less than 8 grams of filament.
