Conic Pourer: Stable, Spouted, Customizable
Print Profile(1)

Description
This conical pouring cup is a practical and stable container designed for real-world use whether you’re in the garage, garden, kitchen, or workshop. Modeled after the classic conical lab-style beaker with a wide flared base for added stability, it’s perfect for liquids, grains, or even mixing tasks. Thanks to Makerworld's new customizer functionality, you can now customize most aspects of this design to fit your needs!
Boost Me (for free)
My work is free, boosts are nice if you like it.
The integrated spout gives you controlled, drip-free pouring. Printed here in PETG with 1.2 mm thick walls, it’s strong enough for everyday use and resistant to most household chemicals or outdoor conditions.
The print requires no supports and works well with a 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm nozzle for fast, functional results. Bigger nozzles will let you bang these out much quicker, but I setup my profile for a 0.4 mm nozzle because that's what most people will have. Example print profile included for PETG for the default size shown here, which should just barely fit on an A1 mini. I printed this on my H2D.
Want to tweak the dimensions? No problem this project includes a fully parametric Fusion 360 file for free download or customization on makerworld, allowing you to adjust height, spout size, base diameter, and wall thickness to fit your specific needs. Whether you’re measuring fluids, refilling bottles, or just need a no-nonsense container, this conic pourer gets the job done—cleanly, simply, and reliably.
Note on customizer: It defaults to some generic print settings if you use the customizer, which may not be as well tuned for PETG or your wall width as manually editing in the slicer. I encourage you to manually edit wall widths (thicken them up to ~0.5-0.6 mm for a 0.4 mm nozzle) to cut down on print times if you customize.
