Irish Bar in A Can
Everyone at some point has wanted to own their own bar! Now you can ! This mini diorama of a traditional Irish pub inside a can of Guinness is the perfect addition to your home bar, shelf or desk!
Instructions
With this project you have too choices !
- Print and enjoy! - You can simply hit print and your diorama will come out perfectly.
- Go the extra mile! - This print is designed to fit inside a standard 500ml can of Guinness with a special LED cap bespoke for that exact can !
Going the extra mile!
Parts:
1 x 5mm LED in colour of your choice!
1 x 2032 button battery
Assembly
- Press Print and carefully remove support ! Or get creative with you AMS and recolour!
- Prep your can!
- Cut a window in the front of the can! this can be any size ! Use the pictures for reference!
- Cut the top off the can right where it widens!
WARNING! - THE EDGES OF A DRINKS CAN ARE VERY SHARP! USE EXTRA EXTRA CAUTION!
- Drop the diorama into the can !
- Prep the cap!
- Get an LED and 2032 battery
- Insert the LED into the small hole in the cap with the long leg closest to the centre!
- Bend the shorter leg at a right angle!
- Flatten the short leg so that it lies flush with the plastic
- Pop your battery in , smooth side up!
- Slide under the grips to turn on your light and slide back to turn it off!
Tips
- If your battery holder is tight, just slide it in and out a few times, it will loosen !
- Supports can be tricky, but make this print possible! Be very careful when removing especially around the taps
- Get creative! Use your AMS or paint to add life to this print!
