hi thanks this is weird I'm sorry. Could you please try editing filament setting with "0.9" flow ratio instead of 1, as shown in the attached picture? Please also leave the rest of my filament settings unchanged Do you have 90A TPU to use? That's surely better since I'm sure it prints correctly and it's also far more comfortable. Also a normal 95A filament instead of HF Have you printed the Tora shoes ? They are far less filament sensitive: https://makerworld.com/en/models/527598-tora-barefoot-shoes Kind regards, Alessio

i found the issue, it’s me. i didn’t read that you need to use 0.6 nozzle and I was using 0.4. I ordered the 0.6 hotend and will try again later!

hi no it's quite the opposite, 0.4 is the right one to use. Please still share your results with 06 as it's interesting to know

also the printed says there is to much resistance. Could this be the 210 temps?

Hi, are these lines supposed to be there? Looks like it's printing most of the foot entrance as walls. Using the 3mf profile provided, nothing changed, just sliced.

Hi thanks! That's because the 3d model is full so walls print at the entrance as well. We tried giving the model thickness to avoid post-process, but the walls won't stick together anymore. Kind regards

Thank you for the quick reply! I suggest adding that information to the description to avoid unhappy customers (and ratings) :)

Came out really good. I wasn't expecting it to print so nice with Siraya Tech TPU Air. But I was super surprised with how it came out! Good job on the model.

thanks! What was the problem for the missing star? Kind regards, Alessio

Replying to @RiverFamily :
I would say the only reason is that there is no cushion for the foot or any tread on the sole. This makes it kind of dangerous for everyday use out in the world.

Support Issue:Unfortunately this shoe does not print good. Poor overhang printing Printer slow and low temp. IMO needs a different oriniantation.

hi thanks! Which filament did you use? Did you change some parameters? Which nozzle size?

I used Overture 85a TPU. No changes were made with the exception of lowering temp which I believe you recommended. Has 2 prints fail in same manner. One was normal temp and one was lower temp.

thanks! Overture 85A I believe does not exist, was it 95A or 85A of a different brand? Overture 95A should print fine at 220°C as I used it for extensive tests on this model. Which nozzle size and printer did you use?

used geeetech TPU filament, no changes to the profile or filament settings other than lowering the nozzle temp to 205. printed without any problems. to cut the strings i just used a razor blade. thanks!

razor blade is so interesting, I didn't think about that, thanks! Also great choice to reduce temperature for such filament. It helps with the overhang!

when I open it in studio, why is it completely solid?

yes! It prints with 2 walls and no infill. You'll have to cut the "walls" at the entrance afterwards. Please see the print profile image for reference. For better print path and no postprocessing, please print the gcodes

Fun to print and wear! these printed very well. I used overature tpu. use a textured build plate to promote adhesion, and of course dry your filament before printing.
