Custom Expansion Shelf Brackets for Bunnings Pinnacle Heavy Duty Shelving
Need more storage layers on your Bunnings Pinnacle Heavy-Duty Shelving Unit? Pinnacle doesn't sell standalone shelf expansion kits, so I designed these custom 3D-printed brackets to solve that exact problem.
This system lets you easily add custom-cut timber or MDF shelving to your existing unit. Simply print four pairs (one pair for each corner), drop them into the framework, and slide your custom shelf right into place.
Design & Print Settings:
- Reinforced Geometry: Features solid 100% infill tabs and local reinforcement in high-stress zones for maximum rigidity.
- Quantity Needed: Print 4x Left and 4x Right brackets per additional shelf.
- Testing Notice: While I haven't done destructive weight-limit testing, the reinforced tabs provide excellent structural support for everyday garage/workshop storage.
