This is the updated version of my original Mac Studio dust collector stand, now with major improvements for better thermal performance and modular filtration. Designed to fit both the latest Mac Studio and older Mac Minis, it helps keep your machine cleaner without blocking airflow.
What’s New in v2:
- Vent holes on 3 sides to improve airflow while still trapping dust
- Swappable 3D printed mesh filters (3 parts) for easy replacement and cleaning
- Optional rubber feet to stop the stand from sliding around
Design Notes:
This model was tested over months with 20+ design iterations to balance airflow and dust filtering. The current mesh design maintains stable thermals during regular use, but I’ll be watching for user feedback, especially if you’re using it with a Mac Mini.
If you want a new Mac Mini–specific version, let me know—I’m open to making it based on your feedback.
