Droniport – Outdoor Drone Landing Pad

Introducing the Droniport — a 3D-printed model designed to create a fixed outdoor droneport. Measuring 60 cm x 60 cm, this sturdy platform offers a reliable takeoff and landing space for drones in exterior environments.

🛠️ Easy Assembly – No Glue or Screws Required The Droniport is simple to assemble and designed with locking clips so that no glue or screws are needed—although you can use superglue if desired for extra firmness.

You’ll only need two extra components in addition to your 3D prints:

• Base Plate: 60 cm x 60 cm x 1 cm, such as a rigid PVC board
• Leveling Hardware:
  • 4 steel bolts, hex socket head, Ø6 x L.30 mm
  • 4 steel lock nuts, Ø6 mm

🔧 Printing Instructions To ensure durability in outdoor conditions, it is recommended to print all parts in ASA filament — a weather-resistant material that stands up to UV exposure and moisture.

🧩 Assembly Instructions

1. Join Plate 1 and Plate 2: Self-locking clips will secure the pieces. Superglue is optional.
2. Attach Plate 4’s support piece to your PVC board.
3. Frame the base: Alternate corners and borders around the edges — corner, border, corner, border — until the base is fully surrounded.
4. Secure the foot to the ground (on a concrete slab, for example). For added stability, you can fill the foot with sand.
5. Insert lock bolts into the designated slots at the top of the foot.
6. Place the platform into the foot and tighten the bolts to your desired height.
