Totally Real Green Card

DISCLAIMER: This model is not intended for use as an actual green card and is not a counterfeit.

Well, well, well, it looks like you're an illegal immigrant. Looks like you gotta print a green card! But seriously, don't do that! This model is just a prop. I modeled it to be the approximate size and weight of an actual green card. It'll probably get a laugh out of someone. 

Tips for printing:

1. Wait a few minutes after your card is finished printing before you remove it from the bed to allow it to cool down. 
2. Make sure your filament is dry!
3. Use green filament. I didn't have any so I used red :(

Read this if you are using the STL file:

You must enable certain settings in your slicer for the model to print properly.

1. Enable “detect thin wall.”
2.  0.16 mm or less layer height.
3. Infill: 5% or more.
4. Optional: Use a different top surface pattern for a reflective finish. I used “Octagram Spiral.”
5. Optional: Enable ironing on the topmost surface. 
6. Optional: Reduce printing speeds on top surfaces.
7. Optional: Reduce line width on top surfaces.
