This robust holder was specifically designed for the radio Midland Alan 42 DS and offers secure and readily accessible storage – whether on a table, in the workshop, or securely screwed into a vehicle.

Technical Data:

• Inner width: 57 mm
• Inner depth: 32 mm
• Insertion depth (height): 56.5 mm
• 3 rear screw holes for secure wall or dashboard mounting
• Design openings serve as screw mounting, ventilation or acoustic opening

Suitable materials:

• PLA: Easy to print, ideal for indoor use
• PETG: More robust, temperature resistant (up to ~80 °C), good for vehicles
• TPU (flexible):
  • For applications where the radio should sit gently cushioned, non-slip or shock-protected in the holder
  • Ideal for vibration-intensive environments (e.g. off-road, motorcycle, workshop)
