This is a cable comb kit specifically designed for high-end custom sleeved PSU cables, supporting cables with a maximum outer diameter of 3.5mm. It offers a perfect fit for most sleeved cables commonly used in modern custom PC builds.

Optimized Spacing for Multi-8Pin GPU Power Groups
Unlike traditional combs with uniform spacing, this set features carefully adjusted spacing for 2x8Pin and 3x8Pin GPU cable layouts, ensuring better visual proportion, cleaner routing, and avoiding cable crowding or unnatural twisting.

Supports Multiple Configurations
Includes four comb variants:

  • 1x 8Pin Cable Comb
  • 2x 8Pin Cable Comb (Optimized Spacing)
  • 2x 8Pin Cable Comb (Regular Spacing)
  • 3x 8Pin Cable Comb (Optimized Spacing)
  • 24Pin Motherboard Cable Comb(Compatible 3x8pin Regular Spacing)

Smooth Cable Entry
All holes are slightly chamfered to allow smooth cable insertion and reduce abrasion on sleeved wires.

Print-Friendly Design
The models are well-optimized for 3D printing with high detail control. Recommended print settings:

  • Layer height: 0.2mm
  • Nozzle size: 0.4mm
  • FDM printers are fully supported with no post-processing needed.

🛠 Material Recommendation

It is highly recommended to print using materials with heat resistance of at least 80°C, especially when installed inside a closed case or near heat sources like GPU backplates or radiators.

Suggested materials:

  • PETG – Good balance of strength and heat resistance; suitable for most general use.
  • ABS / ASA – Higher thermal stability; ideal for high-temperature environments.
  • PA-CF / PC – Best choice for advanced builds using performance-grade filaments in enclosed chambers.

⚠️ Avoid using PLA, as it may warp or deform due to internal case heat.
