Hexabble 2.0: The Ultimate Hexagonal Word Game

Introducing HEXABBLE 2.0, Fully rebuilt from the board up!

This is the complete rebuild of my 2024 game Hexabble, designed to be a fresh twist on the classic Scrabble, It did quite well (for my first ever attempt at a board game), received loads of feedback and poured it all into a new Revised version.

It is perfect for family game night, friendly competitions, or anyone who loves word games, Hexabble 2.0 is easy to learn and fun to play, but hard to master! Even set up for a Solo game, play a set amount of rounds and take down your score, trying to beat it each time!

If you enjoy scrabble, or you enjoyed Hexabble previously then this is well worth your time! It adds and extra challenge, requires more thought out moves and includes those extra tiles for more interesting gameplay!

  Non English standard versions include correct additional letters/symbols, corrected tile points/counts and inclusions, feel free to request a language and I will do my best to accommodate!

Key Changes Here's a list of most of the changes I have incorporated into this new version.

• NEW HEXABBLE GAME BOARD - I started from scratch with the board, The tiles sit closer to the top, and are easier to remove, raised edges around the edge of each board space, easily allowing a great 2 tone effect
   
• NEW INTERLOCKING - One of the main issues with the previous board was the Connection underneath, the new board has scrapped that, now utilizing the Double and triple board spaces as connectors, with an included tool to insert them!
   
• NEW SPECIAL TILES - OMNI WILD and THIEF tiles make their debut, new special tiles to spice up gameplay that little bit more!
   
• NEW RULES - Some bonus point rules are new included, WORD BRIDGING and FULL RACK use rules are now in play.
   
• NEW INSTRUCTION MANUAL - Might seem trivial, but one of the main rules I had feedback on was the Adjacent tile rule, I've covered everything as best I can including diagrams in the new in depth Gameplay Manual
   
• NEW TILE RACK, TILE CONTAINER & STORAGE - Overhauled all components that were previously included as extra profiles, Tile Rack is now without set spaces, making it easier to reshuffle tiles. Tile container is now a Hexagon, how fitting! and the storage Tray houses it all neatly, including the gameboard.
   

• Extra Profile for test printing colour schemes included. Its a slice of the board, designed just to test out board colour schemes, quick and minimal print, see what looks best for you!

NOTES

• The profile requires an AMS, I may add the raised tiles and blank tiles again if requested.
• Refer to the manual (last page) for the exact layout for inserts, The 2 Blank inserts go in the 5th from the top and bottom spaces, Make sure the print direction is aligned with the boards print direction before pushing in.
• At its largest point to point the board is 40cm.
• Approximately 21 hours total print time
