May I ask why do the pictures have a Mario kart world Mario in it but it’s a thing for the switch and for Mario kart 8 deluxe

I get your point that this could lead to some confusion but you can actually connect a original switch joy con to the switch 2 so it works for both consoles. It’s also not only designed for Mario Kart games but rather for any switch racing game which supports motion control. Hope that helped!
