Description
For all those still searching:
I was also looking for a replacement strap for the defective metal strap on my old Casio G-Shock watch GW 3500 BD from 2011. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything suitable online with a claw width of 14.5 mm. That's why I designed a complete strap myself, including 2 straps, a buckle, a clasp, pins and 2 loops. For attaching the strap to the watch, I used the original Casio metal pins with screws, these are absolutely necessary!!!
Have fun printing, assembling and of course wearing it stress-free.
With the correct strap width adjustment, nothing presses or squeezes on the arm, you can also wear the watch for longer periods.
Please don't forget to boost me. Thank you very much!!!
PS: Be sure to use a Bambu printing plate of type Diamond for the surface of the straps. The straps are made of inexpensive TPU 95 Shore A, the other parts from Bambu PLA.
Everything fits without drilling or sanding. Pliers and a screwdriver may be needed for pin assembly.
