BMW E39 passive cooler

I designed this cooler for my BMW E39’s center console. The area behind the console, near the air conditioning vents, is ideal for chilling a few drinks, so I created this easily-placed unit. 

Instructions: Simply glue the center tunnel mount and the adapter connecting to the center console.

I recommend applying weather stripping to the adapter where it meets the cooler and air vents to ensure an airtight seal.

I glued hook-and-loop fasteners to the inside of the center tunnel mount to improve grip on the carpet.

You may need to lightly sand the areas where the lid slides for optimal function.

I recommend using at least PETG.

This is my first major design project, so imperfections may exist.
