The Zampoña pan flute is a folk instrument common in the Andes, which is played either assembled by one musician or in a separated state by two musicians
More information about this instrument can also be found on Wikipedia at https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siku_(Panfl%25C3%25B6te)&ved=2ahUKEwjAnaqNhcSOAxW-1wIHHcX6FSoQFnoECBcQAQ&usg=AOvVaw1Xu2_YyvUkZfbO_Gc1OTVW
The variant available here for printing comprises 3 octaves from A6 to G3 tuned in G major. The notes switch back and forth between the front and back pan flute

The two flutes can be joined together to form one instrument using dovetail connections

I recommend printing the flutes from PLA-Wood, as this filament gives the flutes a realistic wooden appearance and also ensures a beautiful sound
When setting print parameters, it is crucial to ensure that the filament is not over-extruded, as this will prevent the threads in the flutes and the tuning stoppers from being assembled, or only allow for very tight assembly. As a small remedy, I have added tuning stoppers in two different diameters (10.9mm and 11mm) to the print profile
Tip: First print plates 1-3 and check whether the tuning stopper for plate 2 or plate 3 fits better. After that, you can print the better-fitting stopper 22 more times. For sealing the tuning stoppers, you will need 8x2mm O-rings
In the following YouTube videos you will find more valuable information
