Design Concept:

Protecting most of the bezel, without magnets, preventing iron filings from entering the hinge, offering robust protection.

While I have sold some finished products, my resources are limited, and many lack the necessary skills for assembly. Therefore, I'm sharing this with those who possess a 3D printer and the requisite aptitude!

CAUTION!!!!(Crucial)

Carefully review the required components during printing; some are replacements! Do not manually skip any!

The hinge requires two M2.5*4 screws to secure the pivot or compatible screws; directly tap them in! Do not use excessively long screws; they may damage the bezel!!

Use tempered glass with Kevlar-specific reduced-size tempered glass or original AR film

Absolutely use PETG! PETG! PETG!!! PLA lacks sufficient strength! Do not use it!!!!

The bezel's radius near the hinge requires a trim! Otherwise, it will be too long! There must be no excess; otherwise, disassembly will be difficult and may damage the frame!

Physical buttons, due to printing precision limitations, might not be perfectly smooth!! Use sandpaper, a cutting tool, or similar to refine them before installation, ensuring smoothness and unimpeded function!! Once installed, they are difficult to remove!!!! Thoroughly test before final assembly!! If conducting a test fit, omit the lens cover! The lens cover makes removal even harder!!!!

For the secondary screen's narrow bezel, absolutely use folding screen-specific adhesive; otherwise, it will become loose and ineffective!

Disassembly should follow the official case instructions! First, install the hinge cover, then assemble; leverage the pivots on both sides to ease the process! Avoid brute force! Once you grasp the technique, disassembly is straightforward!
