This custom heat shield for the stepper motor on the Creality K1C helps solve a common issue: filament clogging due to motor heat.

During long prints or when using sensitive materials, the extruder stepper motor can transfer heat into the filament path – causing softening, jams, or clogs.
This shield reduces that heat transfer and improves print reliability.
