Description

A deck box for the digimon card game, designed to look like a v-pet.  Three versions are available, one for single sleeved and two for double sleeved decks (one for decks using inner sleeves and one for outer sleeves).  All fit 50 card main decks and 4 card egg deck, with a bit of room extra room for a 5th egg or pair of memory counters.  The center button can be used as a memory counter, and is held on with a magnet.

Aside from the 3D printed parts, you'll also need:

  • 2x Disk magnets (5mm * 1mm)
  • Transparent window (58.15mm * 60mm * 1/8 in.)
    • A printable alternative for this is also included

For a full breakdown and assembly instructions, you can check out my video here:

Update (2024-04-22): Added .step and .3mf files for the outer sleeve compatible deck box to the 3mf and design files folders.  The parts are “Top (56 mm)” and “Bottom (56 mm).”  The other parts (insert, trim, etc.) are unchanged from the other designs.

Update (2024-03-27): Added .step and .3mf files for a new version of the insert piece that replaces the magnet for a 3rd threaded post.  This can be found under the “Drafts” folder, as though I believe there should be no issues, I have not had time to test the prints myself.

Update (2025-10-19): New revisions has finally been uploaded.  Embedded magnet parts have been added to the main print profiles as a separate plate, and the outer sleeve version of the box has been added as an official print profile.  The biggest change is the separation of the “tabs” that hold the “cage” trim piece in place.  These now need to be printed separately and inserted into the top (2x) and insert piece (1x).  These new tabs have increase strength due to not flexing parallel to the layer lines, and can be replaced.  Example photos below:
