Hello everyone, I recently got my second Bambu Lab P1S printer and I've solved a major issue I wanted to share. My printer's packaging didn't include the PTFE tube connector for filament transport.
Problem solved perfectly! :) MY CONNECTOR WITH INSPECTION WINDOW allows for perfect filament insertion, as shown in the attached GIF. I hope it's useful to you all and that you'll appreciate it with likes and maybe a boost; I'd be grateful!!
Printed on an A1 Mini with a 0.2 nozzle at the highest fine resolution, 4 walls
Thoroughly clean the printer bed with 99% isopropyl alcohol before printing. If adhesion is poor, the print might detach because it's vertical!!! On my A1 mini, no problem, perfect print on the first try!!!
Insert the concave end of the connector onto the protruding tube of the printer and insert the tube extension into the other flat end (the two tubes will meet halfway, visible through the inspection hole) They fit with slight pressure without crushing, don't worry!! I AM PROUD OF THIS PROJECT, HAPPY PRINTING AND ASSEMBLY/USE.
