Description

Underside Desk Brackets for the FormD T1 featuring 10mm - 30mm clearances with or without screw holes to secure your precious FormD T1 into place.

This is a remixed design offering lower clearance heights between the T1 and the top underside of the bracket/desk.

  • Highly recommend printing in PETG/ABS at an infill of 40% or higher for maximum strength to combat the affect of moisture in the long term.
  • To be printed flat on its left or right hand side for better tension under load.
  • 2 main Screw Holes are designed for (Imperial) #10 x 1 ¾" / 5.0 x 45mm (Metric) screws with length dependent on overall desk thickness. The Screw needs to drive in at a minimum of 20-25mm so make sure your desk is a minimum of 25-30mm in thickness for the screw to properly bite and hold into the wood. The 3rd screwhole underneath the gap in the bracket is for stabilisation purposes to prevent potential bowing. It requires a (Imperial) #10 x 3" / 5.0 x 75mm (Metric) screw.
  • For the general version of the bracket, use a high grab adhesive sealant to bond onto the underside of the desk.
  • Any Desk less than 25mm in thickness I'd suggest using the regular version along with a grab adhesive sealant that can support kilograms of weight (the more the better).
  • SCH = Screw Holed Version
  • .3MF on ABS (BambuLab owners). These are the settings I used for my brackets. Change some of the settings as you please, just don't go less than 40% on infill.
  • .3MF for PETG (BambuLab owners). Again, no lower than 40% infill.
