I smoothed the pedestal and the back with Durapoxy. It just wasn't possible to reduce this giant nape... it's clearly Miles Morales with Peter-PS4 skin. I also cut the base because it was going to take up too much space

does this balance well or does it easily fall over with this base ?

The piece of the base that remained is totally balancing, I was going to, but I didn't even need glue (the base on the MDF is loose and the hand on the base is merely fitted). The other joints, I attached with Durapoxy. Another thing I did was print the left arm and forearm (base support) with 0.12mm, 50% infill, in PETG and at a very low speed.

Tip for anyone who wants to print: add extra support to the leg area (right calf).

Did you modify any settings for the base piece? I can’t get the base to print right. About 6-7 minutes in I get a lot of strings. I tried 5 different filaments and all fail. never had this issue with any other print. I printed the body parts with no issues. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Yes, the part has that design error. What I did was cut some lines from the top. I selected the part and moved it towards the print bed, thus eliminating two or three layers from the base. I sliced it again and saw that the base was now completely level.

Fun to print model. Maybe get another base, or design your own, cuz that thing is BIG. The figure itself is really easy to print, and super high detail. Really easy to pain. I'll work it into a diorama at some point along with other prints.

Is just the base - but I cut the top off and used just that as a base so I don't have to print the rest. (Snip the top off...)

still needs painting, I made it in PETg. paying attention to the base would allow for less infill. since I made it for myself it's fine. the base alone is almost 500gr. since I am new to this 3d world I didn't pay attention. however the stl is very good congratulations to the modeler.
