I created this semi-hermetic box because, like many, I often use fire starters to light the fireplace or stove.
The problem is that the traditional one, sold in its cardboard packaging, smells and, above all, dries out over time, thus losing effectiveness and ease of ignition.

I therefore wanted a container that could maintain the original smell of the fire starter, protecting it from humidity and air, without being completely airtight (to avoid condensation problems).
Thus was born this vertical box with an interlocking lid, designed for 3D printing in ABS, designed precisely to keep the properties of the fire starter intact for longer.

Obviously, its robust structure and precise closure also make it suitable for storing other materials that you want to protect from odors or dust.
