1-50havyard 842 RC
Print Profile(1)

Description
This model boat was a practice project from last year, and as such, it has some imperfections. Please feel free to modify it to your liking; the source files are included for this purpose.
The arrangement is automated, requiring you to open and export the print from the source files.
For the small parts on the left of the first plate, resin printing is recommended. If using FDM, feel free to improvise.
Here's a simple rundown of the hardware components:
1mm steel wire (two forked antennas on top of the cockpit)
5mm steel shaft (propeller shaft)
5mm outer diameter, 3mm inner diameter brass tube (optional brass tube or 3D printed; used for the four searchlights on top of the cockpit)
10mm outer diameter, 8mm inner diameter brass tube (bushings) (optional finished shaft or custom-made)
1.5mm brass wire (for railings)
775 geared motor with bracket (1600r/min)
Brass bushing 10-5
80mm propeller
996R servo
80mm high rudder blade
Rudder blade rocker arm
12V water pump
2835 LEDs (cut from a 5mm wide LED strip)
5mm LEDs (cylindrical, used on the top light fixture; color is up to you)
610 hollow cup geared motor (used for radar)
N20 geared motor (used for anchor winch and cable winch)
The motor for the side thruster is discontinued and unavailable; you may need to modify this section.
Also, some M3 heat-melt nuts, M3 and M4 screws (only a few are needed)
You will need to check the source file for the bearings; I've forgotten. They are required for the anchor winch, cable winch, and side thruster (pre-made bushings do not require additional bearings; bearings are only needed if you are cutting your own bushings).
502 or 416 adhesive; 416 is recommended, as it can be used with 7452 for filling gaps.
0.1mm fiberglass cloth (choose a non-irritating type; available on Taobao; search for it at your leisure)
E51 epoxy resin (I used it to brush fiberglass on the exterior of the hull, followed by automotive putty for smoothing)
Automotive putty (a 500g bottle was sufficient for me)
Waterproof sealant (I applied it directly to the inside of the hull)
Paints of various colors
The print file is for reference only. This is generally how I arranged the print; feel free to experiment with other arrangements or modify the design.
That's about it. The source files are provided; feel free to work on it at your leisure.
