Description

As I continue to learn Fusion360 and design more things, I kept wanting to tackle the infamous “junk drawer” in the kitchen.

Nothing drives me more crazy than the ziplock / snack bags that come in a cardboard box and do not fit in the drawers. Every time I would open or close the door, they would jam up or get more ripped.

Plus, with starting the gridfinity project for organization, it just did not look right.

So I worked on designing a ziplock bag holder, that was simplistic, but had a secure lid. I wanted the lid to stay on when opening and closing the door and taking out a bag but be easy enough to remove for refilling the bags up.

(my original design can be found here https://makerworld.com/en/models/158839)

I stetched it out to fit gallon bags, and this was my also my attempt at spliting a larger design and having it assembled with plugs and holes.

PLEASE GIVE FEEDBACK IF ANYTHING CAN BE IMPROVED ON.

I’m not a big fan of the split joint. I don’t know how I would have done it differently. too new at this. otherwise it turned out well.

Replying to @ByrdAnthony :
should be able to do it in one part if you print it on the z axis maybe ? like really tall print? possible issue with vibration at that height without a stable base maybe not sure?
