I'd recommend printing in PETG at least.
I've orientated all the parts ready for printing.
This is compatible with my RenderXY modification.
If you've managed to strip the thread into the aluminium for the idler shown in the picture below then this part will fix the issue with minimal hardware.

You only need to print one side if only one thread has stripped. For the pulley I highly recommend you get the 12mm one as it will allow it to offset the pulley for the spacer.
The parts listed below are per side, so if you need to do both sides then order double of what is listed below.
Required Hardware (per side):
- 3x M3 x 35mm
- 1x M3 x 6mm
- 1x M5 nyloc nut
- 1x 20 tooth pulley for 12mm
To install this part you simply remove the three M3 bolts and replace them with M3 x 35mm and remove the motor.
Attach the spacer to the motor, install the M5 nyloc nut into the slot and then install the M3 x 6mm into the hole directly next to the M5 nyoc nut (1st pic below).
Remove the old pulley and replace it with the 20 tooth pulley for 12mm (depending on the which side it is you may need to orientate it upside down).
Put the motor back in place and tighten the M3 x 35mm and the M5 bolt (2nd pic below).
