Grooved 90degree pipe

Pipesystem with grooved snap-on fittings!

This is my own designed pipesystem with grooves in the pipes to connect them with snap-on clamps. 
They are sealed with a TPU gasket wich I printed in BambuLab 95A HF TPU.

I have´nt tried pressurize anything but if you need to redirect something I Think they work just fine. I recommend to sand the edges where there may have been support or other imperfections and if you plan on leaving it in Place over a longer period of time maybe even seal the fittings further witch some other soft sealant.

I only made 200mm long pipes for now since I dont have any large printers but thats easily fixed if you want it!

If you just need the pipe to end somewhere you can just cut the model in your slicer at the length you need.
Everything is printable on the A1-mini except the 200mm pipe.

Avalible at the moment are:

Pipes: 100, 150 and 200mm long
90 degree bend/elbow
45degree bend 
T-section

Inner diameter: 40mm
Outer diameter: 50mm

I tried Printing the fittings witout support and its working fine but some of the outer edges will sag down and for a cleaner look I decided to use supports instead. 
There is also supports on the clamp that were designed in place and will need to be cut off as in Picture below:

I made this for fun and not actually needing it for anything I would love to see and hear about if you can find good use of it! And dont be shy to critizise as Im doing this mostly for fun but also to develop my CAD-skills.
