Description

Oval 8 Finger Splint

 

I tried to model the commonly available oval-8 finger splint in 3D. The wall thickness of the model is 4 mm. Since it will be printed with TPU and I wanted it to provide stability, I didn't want it to be too thin. You can try scaling it to fit your own finger.

 

It's not really possible to print the model without supports. I tried several orientations, but in those prints, it was very difficult to remove the supports from the model. The orientation in the print profile seems to be the most ideal.
